About The Montgomery
The Montgomery was built in 1972 as part of the Montgomery Ward Company Complex. Montgomery was designed by Minoru Yamasaki who was also the architect for the World Trade Center. The building was converted to residential use in 2005-2006 and is now home to 229 condominium units. This River North high-rise features a number of amenities including a dog-run, concierge and door service, community room, roof deck, bicycle storage, and a fitness center.
